கடந்த வருடம் அக்டோபர் மாதம் தேர்ந்தெடுக்கப்பட்ட ஊழியர்களுக்கு இம்மாத (ஜனவரி 2016) இறுதிக்குள் பணி நியமன உத்திரவு வழங்கப்படும் என்பதை மகிழ்ச்சியுடன் தெரிவித்துக்கொள்கிறோம்.

                    வெள்ள நிவாரணம்

NFPE அஞ்சல், RMS ஊழியர் சங்கங்களின் ஒருங்கிணைப்புக்குழு, திருச்சிராப்பள்ளி சார்பாக சிதம்பரம் சட்டமன்ற உறுப்பினர் திரு. பாலகிருக்ஷ்ணன் அவர்களின் ஆலோசனையின் பேரில் கடலூர் மாவட்டம், சிதம்பரம் வட்டம், கண்டியாமேடு கிராமத்தில் உள்ள 125 குடும்பங்களுக்கு, 03.1.2016 அன்று அரிசி, போர்வை, பிஸ்கட், சிறிய ஹார்லிக்ஸ் பாக்கெட் ஆகிய பொருட்கள் வெள்ள நிவாரணமாக வழங்கப்பட்டது.

இந்நிகழ்ச்சி தோழர். கவனகன், Convenor, NFPE Postal & RMS Co-ordination Committee, Tiruchy அவர்கள் தலைமையிலும், மருதநாயகம், கோட்டச் செயலர்  NFPE P3 Tiruchy,   மற்றும் தோழர்கள். T. குணசேகரன், கோட்டச் செயலர் NFPE R3 Tiruchy மற்றும் கோவிந்தராஜன், கோட்டச் செயலர் NFPE P4, Tiruchy, முன்னிலையிலும் சிற்ப்பாக நடைபெற்றது. 

 இந்நிகழ்ச்சிக்கு உறுதுணையாக இருந்த தோழர்கள் பழனி, முன்னாள் மாவட்டச்செயலர்           TNGEA, ஜோதி, செயலர், அண்ணாமலை பல்கலைகழக ஊழியர்கள் சங்கம் ஆகியோருக்கும், ஒருங்கிணைத்து வழிகாட்டிய C.அறிவரசு, கோட்டச் செயலர் ரவி கோட்டத் தலைவர் NFPE P3 கடலூர்,

 தாமோதரன்,  துணைகோட்ட செயலர்  , NFPE P3 கடலூர் ஆகியோருக்கும், நிவாரண பொருட்களை கொண்டு செல்ல வாகனம், தங்குமிடம் மற்றும் உணவு ஏற்பாடு செய்த சிதம்பரம் அஞ்சல் பிரிப்பக ஊழியர்கள் மற்றும், சிதம்பரம் கிளையின் முன்னாள் செயலர் ஆனந்தன் ஆகியோருக்கும், தாரளமாக நிதி மற்றும் பொருளுதவி செய்த அனைத்து ஊழியர்களுக்கும், ஒத்துழைப்பு நல்கிய RMS’T’    கோட்ட கண்காணிப்பாளர் மற்றும் கோட்ட நிர்வாகத்திற்கும், அரிசி வழங்கிய கும்பகோணம் கிளை தோழர்கள் .பொன்னி, அனிக்ஷா குமார், விக்ஷ்ணு பிரசாத், கிளைச் செயலர் அருண்குமார், அவர்களுக்கும், போர்வை வழங்கிய கரூர் கிளை தோழர்களுக்கும்,  பிஸ்கட் வழங்கிய NFPE R3 மண்டலச் செயலர் பாலு அவர்களுக்கும், ஹார்லிக்ஸ் வழங்கிய AIMS அமைப்பிற்கும், இந்நிகழ்ச்சியில் பங்கேற்று சிறப்பித்த திருச்சி, தஞ்சை, கும்பகோணம், கரூர், சிதம்பரம், கடலூர் கிளை தோழர்களுக்கும், NFPE R3 முன்னாள் துணைகோட்ட செயலர் தோழர். முருகையன், கரூர் அவர்களுக்கும்    திருச்சிராப்பள்ளி NFPE அஞ்சல், RMS  ஊழியர் சங்கங்களின் ஒருங்கிணைப்புக்குழுவின்

Towering Leader of Left in India Comrade A.B. Bardhan No More

       Comrade A.B.Bardhan one of the towering leaders of Indian Left Movement has breathed  his last on 2nd January, 2016. It is very sorrowful to see that the dawn of the New Year 2016 comes with the shocking news of the demise of Comrade Bardhan. We can remember that Comrade Bardhan played a major role in unifying the left forces in India as well as the trade union movement in India. The coming together of all trade unions in one platform is a prerequisite to put up a strong offensive against neo-liberlism that is attacking the interests of all sections of working people all over the world. Comrade Bardhan's demise is an irreparable loss to the Indian Working Class, Indian People. NFPEHQ pays its profound homage to the departed leader Comrade Bardhan! We dip our banner and flag in respect of Comrade Bardhan!

THE PAYMENT OF BONUS (AMENDMENT) ACT, 2015

NO. 6 OF 2016                                                                         [31st December, 2015.]

            An Act further to amend the Payment of Bonus Act, 1965.

BE it enacted by Parliament in the Sixty-sixth Year of the Republic of India as follows:—

1. (1) This Act may be called the Payment of Bonus (Amendment) Act, 2015.

(2) It shall be deemed to have come into force on the 1st day of April, 2014.

2. In section 2 of the Payment of Bonus Act, 1965 (hereinafter referred to as the principal Act), in clause (13), for the words ‘‘ten thousand rupees’’, the words ‘‘twenty-one thousand rupees’’ shall be substituted.

3. In section 12 of the principal Act,—

(i) for the words ‘‘three thousand and five hundred rupees’’ at both the places where they occur, the words ‘‘seven thousand rupees or the minimum wage for the scheduled employment, as fixed by the appropriate Government, whichever is higher’’ shall respectively be substituted;

(ii) the following Explanation shall be inserted at the end, namely:—

‘Explanation.—For the purposes of this section, the expression ‘‘scheduled employment’’ shall have the same meaning as assigned to it in clause (g) of section 2 of the Minimum Wages Act, 1948.’

4. In section 38 of the principal Act, for sub-section (1), the following sub-section shall be substituted, namely:—

‘‘(1) The Central Government may, subject to the condition of previous publication, by notification in the Official Gazette, make rules to carry out the provisions of this Act.’’.
