Com.M. Krishnan, Former Secretary General NFPE and Secretary General Confederation, clearly explained the Central Govt. policies on Privatising/Selling the Govt. Departments and Profitable Public Sector Companies and emphasized  our role.  And also, elaborately explained the achievements in the area of Casual Labour Wage Revision, inclusion of GDS in the VII CPC, RTPs case, history of the past VI Pay Commissions and the need of the ensuing Indefinite Strike from May-6,2015.

 The Seminar was organised by the COC NFPE Tiruchy.  Com.S. Ragupathy, Asst. Secy. General NFPE delivered inaugural address..  Com. Marudhanayaagam, Dvl. Secretary P-3 presided, Com.M. Gavanahan, Convenor welcomed the gathering.

The arrangements were made enthuastically by the COC comrades T.Gunasekaran, D/S R-3, T.P.Ramesh, D/S R-4, S.Govindaraj, D/S P-4, P. Panneerselvam, D/S GDS, K.Suresh, D/S RMS GDS unions.

RETIRED EMPLOYEES CAN NOW AVAIL BENEFITS OF

MISSED PROMOTIONS

NEW DELHI: Retired government employees who missed out on their promotions due to late meetings of the committees deciding on such departmental elevations will now be able to avail its post-retirement benefits. 

"Instructions have been issued to all ministries and departments to give benefit of promotion to those employees who missed it due to late meeting of departmental promotion committee (DPC)," an official in the department of personnel and training (DoPT) said. 

It would not be in order if eligible employees, who were within the zone of consideration for the relevant year but are not actually in service when the DPC is being held, are not considered while preparing year-wise zone of consideration or panel, as per the DoPT order. 

Consequently, their juniors are considered (in their place) for promotions, who would not have been in the zone of consideration if the DPC had been held in time, it said. 

"Appointment committee of Cabinet has observed that DPCs often do not consider such eligible officers who are retiring before the occurrence of the vacancy in the panel year," the order said, adding that this "undesirable trend negate the very purpose" of government's existing instructions for inclusion of such employees. 

There have been reports that some of the eligible retired employees are not being given the benefit of promotion which they missed due to late DPCs. In fact the DPCs were being held very late, the official said. 

The DoPT has asked all central government ministries and departments under it to ensure "strict compliance" of its instructions to include retiring employees for promotions in case the DPCs are delayed. 

Such retired officials would, however, have no right for actual promotion, the DoPT official said.

N . கண்ணையா அவர்கள் (SRMU -AIRF ) அறிவித்துள்ளார். 

ஏழாவது ஊதியக் குழு தொடர்பான கோரிக்கைகளின் மீதான போராட்டம், ரயில்வே, பாதுகாப்பு, அஞ்சல் துறை உள்ளிட்ட துறைகளில் மைய அரசின்  CORPORATISATION மற்றும் தனியார் மய கொள்கைகளை எதிர்த்து செய்ய வேண்டிய இயக்கங்கள் மற்றும் மாநிலம் முழுதும்  NC  JCM  இன்  JCA  அமைப்பது  குறித்து  இந்தக்   கூட்டத்தில்  விவாதிக்கப்படும்.  

எனவே NFPE  மற்றும் FNPO  சங்கங்களின் அனைத்து மாநிலச் செயலர்கள்/தலைவர்கள்  இந்தக் கூட்டத்தில் தவறாமல்  கலந்துகொள்ளுமாறு  வேண்டப் படுகிறார்கள் .

PM: Postal network can become a driving force for Indian Economy

The Prime Minister, Shri Narendra Modi, today said that the postal network can become a driving force for the Indian Economy, just like the Indian Railways. His remarks came during the presentation of a report by the task force on leveraging the post office network. The Prime Minister, after an initial discussion on various aspects of the report, has directed that the recommendations of the task force be studied in detail within a short period of time, so that necessary follow-up action can be initiated. 

The Prime Minister said the postman, along with the teacher, is the most respected Government employee in rural areas. 

The Prime Minister said the Department of Posts has huge assets across India, and ways should be explored to suitably use these assets for the benefit of the people. He said post offices in rural areas can be used to deliver services and important government information to individual households. 

The Minister for Communication and IT, Shri Ravi Shankar Prasad, was present on the occasion. The presentation on behalf of the task force was given by its Chairman, Shri T.S.R. Subramanian.

3.  திருச்சி  அஞ்சல்/RMS மற்றும் MMS ஊழியர்களின் பிரச்சனைகளை ஒவ்வொரு மாதமும் PMG,  DPS  மற்றும்  SSP/SSRM ஆகியோரின் கவனத்துக்கு எடுத்து செல்வது.

            .......................என்பது  போன்ற முக்கிய தீர்மானங்கள் நிறைவேற்றப் பட்டன.

ஊழியர்களிடையே ஒற்றுமை வளர்த்தெடுக்கவும், ஊதியக்குழுக் கோரிக்கைகளை வென்றெடுக்கவும்  நமது இலாகாவை தனியார் மயமாக்கும் முயற்ச்சிகளை தடுத்திடவும்  சம்மேளனமும்,  மகாசம்மேளனமும் விடுக்கும் அறைகூவலை வெற்றிகரமாக்கிட  இணைப்புக்குழுவை வழுப் படுத்துவோம்.

                      SSRM அவர்கள் நமது பிரச்சனைகளை புரிந்து கொண்டிருக்கிரார். அவற்றை விரைவில் தீர்த்து வைப்பபார் என நம்புகிறோம்.
