            Sub: Transfer request under Rule 38 & special category-reg

                        We submit the following for your kind consideration.

            a). Many officials were appointed in RMS ‘T’ Division from the various parts of Tamil Nadu and applied for transfer under RULE 38. Some of the officials got transfer under relaxation of the rule and many officials waiting for years together.

The formal procedures of address , genuiness  have been verified already and but for  pending for approval by the RO.

1.      Sri.S.Visuvanathan , SA, SRO Villupuram ,  appointed on 02.05.2011 and applied for transfer to RMS ‘CB’ Division.

2.      Sri.S.Vaikunda Vigneshkumar, SA,HRO Tiruch, appointed on 23.03.201 and applied for transfer to RMS ‘MA’ Division on 21.10.2011.

3.      Sri.R.Yuvaraj, SA appointed on 01.06.2011 and applied for transfer to RMS ‘CB’ Division on 21.10. 2011.

4.      Sri.D.Amalavijayan , SA appointed on 17.06.2011 and applied for transfer to RMS ‘MA’ Division.

5.      Sri.K.Chellammal , SA appointed on 28.07.2011 and applied for transfer to RMS ‘MA’ Division.

6.      Sri.S.Surendar, SA appointed in 2011 and applied for transfer to RMS ‘MA’ Division.

7.      Selvi.S.Manjuladevi, SA appointed on 13.09.2010 and applied for transfer to Chennai Stg Division.

b). Sri.S.Gopikrishnan, SA SRO Thanjavur has a mentally retarded sister who is wholly depending  on  him since  his parents are passed away have  applied for transfer under special category to SRO Ariyalur where their nearby relatives resides. It is also pending for consideration for a long period.

            Sir, since above all the officials are experiencing much difficulties due to various condition of their family our union request you that above requests  may please be considered early and granted transfer on humanitarian grounds.
