நமது கோட்டச்சங்கத்தின் 36வது கோட்ட மாநாடு எதிர்வரும் 2016 ஆகஸ்ட் திங்கள் 5,6 தேதிகளில் விழுப்புரத்தில் நடைபெற உள்ளது.  மாநாட்டிற்கான அனைத்து ஏற்பாடுகளையும் விழுப்[புரம் கிளைத்தோழர்கள் மேற்கொண்டு வருகின்றனர்.

மாநாட்டிற்கான முழுச்சுமையையும் விழுப்[புரம் கிளையே ஏற்பதென்பது இயலாத காரியமாகும்.  எனவே, நமது கோட்டத்திலுள்ள அனைத்து உறுப்பினர்களும் தாராளமாக நன்கொடை வழங்குமாறு கோட்டச்சங்கத்தின் சார்பாக கேட்டுக்கொள்கிறேன்.

வசூலித்த நன்கொடையினை மாநாட்டிற்கு வரும்வரை காத்திராமல் வரவேற்புக் குழுவிற்கு கீழ்க்காணும் முகவரிக்கு அனுப்பிவைக்க வேண்டுகிறேன்.

Sir,

Once again I am bringing to your notice, that the partial/pro FNPO union activities of IRM T-4^th Sub Dn. Shri. P. Kannan, in conducting the Increment Test  among the officials working at SRO Chengalpattu.

While conducting Increment Test on  .06.16 at Chengalpattu, the said  gentleman  simply signed in the papers of FNPO members even without conducting Test Sorting/other formalities  etc., and got passed.

And, at the sametime, my union members are not only deprived of the opportunity to the members of my union, he conducted Test Sorting etc., separately  and also threatened them that ‘he never allow them to pass in the Increment Test, and send them out from the dept.’ and  got failed by the  said IRM.

I can specify many incidents about the said IRM , in his day to day official work, he never changed his pro-FNPO activities in his officialdom, though  the former SSRM himself warned the said gentlemen.

My union doubts that whether the said gentleman is an responsible  Field officer of the Dept of Posts and drawing Pay & Allowances from the Govt. or paid by FNPO.

 my union highly objects the pro-FNPO activities of the said IRM, and requests the SSRM personally,  to intervene in this matter and to conduct fresh increment test to all officials working at SRO Chengalpattu, deputing any other officer(acting neutrally), other than this gentleman and render justice.

ஆளுமைப் பண்பு , மாநாடுகளை தலைமை தாங்கி நடத்திச் செல்லும் அவரது சீரிய  பாங்கு,  தோழமையோடு அனைவருடனும்  

அவரது பழகும் குணம் ,  தான் எடுத்துக் கொண்ட 

கொள்கைகளில்  சமரசமில்லா குணம் , அதிகாரிகளுடன்  

ஊழியர்கள் பிரச்சினைகளில் அவரது 

வாதிடும்  பாங்கு  என்று எல்லாவற்றிலும் தனி 

முத்திரையைப் பதித்தவர்  தோழர் . ஸ்ரீவி  அவர்கள் . 

அவரது சொந்த காரணங்களுக்காக அவர்  தன்  விருப்ப  ஓய்வில்  சென்றாலும்  அவரது  தன் விருப்ப  ஓய்வு  என்பது  தமிழக அஞ்சல் மூன்று   இயக்கத்திற்கு நிச்சயம் ஒரு பாதிப்பை   ஏற்படுத்தும்.

STRIKE IS DEFERRED, BUT THE STRUGGLE SHALL CONTINUE

Finally, the united struggle of 33 lakhs Central Government Employees under the banner of National Joint Council of Action (NJCA) comprising Railways, Defence and Confederation has compelled the totally negative and unwilling NDA Government to negotiate with the staff side leaders. Hon’ble Prime Minister has intervened and directed three Cabinet Minsters viz. Home Minister Shri Rajnath Singh, Finance Minister Shri Arun Jaitly and Railway Minister Shri Suresh Prabhu to hold discussion with the NJCA Leaders on 30^th June 2016. After discussing the demands raised in the Charter of demands, the Ministers assured that a high level committee will be constituted to consider the demands raised by NJCA especially the demand for improving the minimum wage and fitment formula.

As no written communication or minutes regarding the assurances given by Group of Ministers is forthcoming, the NJCA met again and 6^th July and decided to go ahead with the strike decision. Again Home Minister Shri Rajnath Singh called the NJCA leaders for discussion on 6^thJuly and reiterated the assurances already given on 30^th June and stated that the Finance Minister will issue a press statement on 6^th July itself confirming the assurances given by the Group of Ministers. It was further assured by the Minister that the proposed High level committee will submit its recommendations to Government within a time frame.

Accordingly, the Government issued the press statement and after detailed deliberations the NJCA unanimously decided to defer the indefinite strike till the committee finalizes its report. The press statement of the NJCA and the Government are attached.
